Colliers, a global commercial real estate services company, announced Ryan Brittain is returning to the firm as vice president of the Detroit office.

Brittain started his career with Grubb and Ellis and joined Colliers in 2013. He has extensive industry experience having since worked for publicly traded REIT, First Industrial Realty Trust, where he completed more than 450 transactions in six years. He then worked for prominent local developer, Cunningham-Limp, leading business development efforts across multiple asset classes.

“Ryan was formerly with Colliers International and left in 2015 to lead First Industrial Realty Trust in Michigan, as well as other states,” says Paul Choukourian, executive managing director and market leader for Colliers Detroit. “I was always hoping that he would return to Colliers. The deal experience and knowledge that Ryan has gained make him an amazing asset for Colliers and for his clients.”

In his new role, he will be responsible for the sale and leasing of industrial real estate throughout the metro Detroit area.
