SOUTHFIELD — Colliers International, a global provider of real estate services, has named Gary P. Grochowski, a senior vice president and director of Agency Leasing in the Detroit office.
Grochowski, of Oakland Township, will be in charge of managing and increasing the Colliers’ office leasing portfolio in southeastern Michigan. Previously, he was a senior vice president for L. Mason Capitani Inc., where he developed and oversaw procedures on growth, marketing, client management, hiring, and training.
He earned his degree in economics from the University of Michigan and is member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
