Colliers | Detroit has added Bradley Carver and Jonathan Katz to its team.

Carver brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the commercial real estate auction space to the role. Prior to joining Colliers, he served as a managing director at Ten-X, one of the largest online marketplaces for CRE transactions, where he was instrumental in the execution of more than $2 billion in CRE and note sales.
Katz also joins Colliers after serving as a managing director at Ten-X. Throughout his 13-year career, he has closed more than 700 transactions across various sectors including retail, office, and multifamily.
Carver and Katz will work with Colliers Executive Vice President Barry Swatsenbarg and his team.
