Clifford G. Prebay has joined the Southfield law firm of Collins Einhorn Farrell PC.
Prebay is a member of the firm’s general and automotive liability practice group. For the last 20 years he has defended first- and third-party auto cases, premises liability, product liability, general liability, and construction defects.
Prebay also has experience in defending trucking cases, general liability cases, Telephone Communications Protection Act cases, and Lanham Act cases. He has also been approved as coverage counsel for several insurers.
Before starting his legal career, Prebay was an insurance adjuster for a dozen years where he handled product liability, premises liability, and several prominent auto insurers. He also worked as an adjuster on general liability and fleet auto claims for Detroit’s General Motors Corp.
Prebay has been recognized by the organization Lawyers of Distinction for his ethical standards and skill as an attorney.
