
Clark Hill, a full-service commercial law firm headquartered in Detroit, announced the promotion of four attorneys to membership and nine to senior attorney, including K.J. Edward Fornell, Nicholas Papasifakis to membership and Vince Sallan to senior attorney in the metro Detroit area.
Fornell is a member of the litigation practice group in the firms Detroit office. He focuses on representing large companies, small businesses, and entrepreneurial individuals in a variety of commercial litigation matters ranging from business torts to intellectual property.
Papasifakis is a member of the tax and estates practice group at the firms Birmingham office. He advises clients on business and estate planning matters, asset protection strategies, and probate and trust administration and litigation.
