BINGHAM FARMS — Circuit Learning, an activity-based math education program for kids in grades 3-9, is now enrolling students for its new center in Bingham Farms. With the start of the new school year fast approaching, Circuit Learning offers a “back-to-school boot camp” to help students best prepare for their return to the classroom.
Circuit Learning is an active learning environment that brings math to life through certified teachers who specialize in math instruction, proprietary technology that ensures comprehension and tracks progress, and games and real-life applications, from calculating basketball statistics to running a restaurant. There is no classroom, but rather an “arena” for learning, complete with iPads, learning stations, beanbag chairs, basketball hoops and a putting green. This approach helps kids build their math skills and confidence and provides parents with measurable results.
Circuit Learning was founded in 2013 by Michigan natives Reid Gough and Maggie Durant, who have a combined 20 years of experience in education.
Sessions are offered Monday through Thursday, beginning at 10 a.m. The first session is free; 10 sessions are available for $250 and may be used at any of the scheduled times. Circuit Learning is located just south of 13 Mile Road at 30300 Telegraph Rd., Suite 230.
