Century Partners Names Jonathan Holloway Director of Development

Detroit-based Century Partners, a real estate investment equity fund manager and operator, has announced Jonathan Holloway as the new director of development.

Holloway will be tasked with the company’s long and short-term success in diverse portfolios, as well as the expansion of new company investments and assets. He will also be responsible for the supervision of Century Partners developmental and operational strategies.

Holloway starts the position with more than a decade of experience. Before joining Century Partners, Holloway worked in New York City residential and hospitality real estate for over a decade where he participated in $2 billion in acquisitions and developments. Before his work in New York, he founded The MFA Group, a group of advising developers and operators of hospitality transactions.
