BLOOMFIELD HILLS — Cendrowski Corporate Advisors has named Theresa Shimansky as its new certified machinery and equipment appraiser.
Shimansky brings six years of machinery and equipment appraising experience to the company, and recently became Michigan’s only appraiser to earn the designation as a Master Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser. This is the highest machinery and equipment designation of its kind, and there are less than 30 certified MCMEAs in the U.S.
In her career Shimansky has appraised machinery and equipment large and small, from one-of-a-kind industrial machines and equipment, to entire machine firms, medical machines and equipment, planes, trains, automobiles, restaurants, and everything in between, from Michigan to Hawaii.
With her new designation and a network of appraisers all over North America, Shimansky is able to appraise any thing and for various reasons, including business loan applications, bankruptcies, divorces, foreclosures, insurance claims, litigation, and business split-ups.
