CareTech Solutions Names Two Detroit Medical Center Executives to Its Board of Directors

TROY, Mich., June 15 /PRNewswire/ — CareTech Solutions (www.caretech.com), an information technology (IT) and Web products and services provider for more than 150 hospitals nationwide, announced today the appointment of Michael Duggan, Detroit Medical Center president and CEO; and Jay Rising, Detroit Medical Center executive vice president and CFO, to the CareTech Solutions board of directors.

A privately held company formed in 1998, CareTech Solutions is governed by a six-person board with equal representation from its owners, Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) , the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) and Oakwood Healthcare System.
