The board of directors at Campbell Marketing and Communications in Dearborn appointed Barbara McAllister as the company’s chief operating officer, and Paul DeLano as its new chief financial officer.
McAllister started at the firm as a member of the Ford Motor Co. Fund account team. She later was promoted to vice president and led all of Campbell’s work on behalf of Ford’s corporate citizenship efforts.
In 2023, she took on the additional title of deputy chief operating officer. Prior to joining Campbell, McAllister worked with The Forbes Group and the Masonic Temple, producing large-scale events. She is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit.
DeLano joined the firm as its facilities director, and later took on roles in the accounting and finance arenas. He was named the company’s comptroller in 2020 and played a role in steering the agency’s course through the financial challenges brought on by the pandemic. DeLano is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn and received an MBA from Walsh College in Troy.
“We couldn’t be happier to announce these promotions of long-time, dedicated employees to these two key positions,” says Greg Shea, CEO of Campbell. “Barb and Paul have proven throughout many years that they have the right mind-set, and the right abilities to continue to help us grow as a company in the decades ahead. They have earned these important roles.”
