Olivia Adams and Erica Shekell have joined East Lansing-based Byrum & Fisk Advocacy Communications, as communications strategists.
Adams comes from the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce where she worked as their social media and communications specialist. She joins Byrum & Fisk’s new Grand Rapids office to support their growing list of clients in West Michigan.
Adams, of Grand Rapids, earned her Bachelor of Science in public relations from Ferris State University.
As former social media strategist for Alma College, Shekell brings her experience in social media management, public relations, design, photography and videography to Byrum & Fisk’s East Lansing office.
Shekell, of Lansing, earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and video production with a specialization in design from Michigan State University.
Byrum & Fisk provides communications, public relations and campaign strategy to clients in agriculture, education, health care, real estate, technology, and non-profit.
