Mi Bank, a full-service business bank based in Bloomfield Hills, announced Bruce Kridler has been named the director of its new private client and family office initiative, as announced by Rob Farr, chairman and CEO of Mi Bank.

Kridler will oversee the delivery of additional products and services to Mi Bank’s high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. Some of these services will be provided directly by Mi Bank, and others will be delivered through strategic relationships it will develop with other providers.

“I’m excited to head this new initiative and to further enhance Mi BANK’s service offerings for clients,” says Kridler. “The time is right as Mi Bank continues to expand its presence throughout southeast Michigan.”

Kridler serves on numerous non-profit boards in metro Detroit, including the Detroit Institute of Arts Robert H. Tannahill Society, Cabaret 313, Challenge Detroit, the Detroit Economic Club Welcoming Committee, and Variety, The Children’s Charity.

“Bruce brings years of experience working with affluent clients throughout southeast Michigan,” says Farr. “We believe there continue to be opportunities for a local financial institution to serve this market, and we are excited to have him join us as we implement strategies to enhance our value proposition.”
