Brogan & Partners Executives Named to Boards

BIRMINGHAM — Two executives from Brogan & Partners, a Birmingham-based marketing agency, have been named to separate board of directors.

Maria Marcotte, CEO, has been elected to chairman of the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center board of directors. Marcotte, of Birmingham, previously served the BBAC as chairman elect.

The BBAC serves the Detroit region’s visual arts community. Its mission is to enhance the quality of life in the region by promoting the appreciation, understanding and practice of the arts.

Ellyn Davidson, managing partner for Brogan, has been named to the Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered board of directors. For more than 15 years, FORCE has been the national voice of the hereditary breast and ovarian cancer community.

Davidson, of Huntington Woods, has been an advocate for the hereditary breast and ovarian cancer community for more than five years, serving as a FORCE outreach coordinator and a team leader for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. In her role as outreach coordinator in metro Detroit, she has worked with other volunteers to support women, men and families affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer.
