BIRMINGHAM — Brogan and Partners, an advertising and marketing agency, has won three 2013 Gold Aster Awards for Excellence in Medical Marketing for its recent work with the Michigan Department of Community Health.

Brogan was recognized twice for the MDCH “MI Healthier Tomorrow” campaign, earning a Gold Aster for both the Total Advertising Campaign and Direct Mail Piece categories. The third Gold Aster is for “Take it Back,” an MDCH abstinence TV spot.

The Aster Awards is a medical marketing awards program allowing healthcare organizations and advertising agencies to compete against similarly sized competitors from across the nation and world. Each year, the Aster Awards has an annual contest allowing entries designed, printed, and/or distributed the previous year to be scored, judged, and recognized for excellence in healthcare marketing and advertising.

“Brogan has been creating award-winning healthcare campaigns that win the hearts of patients, doctors, and board rooms for more than 25 years,” said Ellyn Davidson, managing partner for Brogan and Partners. “We are very grateful for this wonderful recognition, but are driven by results. The true measurement of our success will be in better choices Michiganders are prompted to make after being exposed to these powerful messages.”
