Rail District Ventures based in Birmingham, a newly formed parent company of DOBI Real Estate, Twenty Two Title, and Alliance Title of Michigan, has hired Brandon Boudreau as its CEO.

Boudreau formerly served as COO at Detroit-based Metro-West Appraisal and Valuation Link, which were acquired by Class Valuation earlier this year.

Rail District Ventures is in the midst of expansion locally, with new offices opening in Grosse Pointe and Northville and plans for continued regional expansion.

“The positive culture we have in our family of companies is second to none and contagious. Our team members and our clients feel it,” says Boudreau. “Creating positive experiences in all aspects of the real estate transaction for all parties involved is the mission, we do so by being a resource and creating lifelong relationships.”

Rail District Ventures is a business management platform built to support the family of real estate companies with best in class legal, financial, human resources, marketing, operational, mergers and acquisition, and executive management.

In his role, Boudreau says he will focus his attention on the “vision is to expand our brands and continue providing more value to our clients each step of the way.”
