BPI Group Launches New Office in Troy

TROY — BPI Group, a Chicago-based global management and HR consulting firm, today announced the opening of its Michigan office in Troy as part of a continuinal expansion of its North American operations. Led by managing director Joanne Start, the office will provide clients with BPI Group’s industry-leading executive coaching, change management, leadership development, and outplacement services.

As the office’s managing director, Start will leverage her more than 25 years of global HR consulting, leadership development, and executive coaching experience to serve organizations based in Michigan, and develop new client relationships.

A native of metro Detroit, Start has worked throughout her career to create employee engagement solutions, implement talent acquisition programs, and spearhead leadership development initiatives for Fortune 500 companies on both a domestic and global level.

She holds an executive master’s of business administration from Michigan State University as a GM fellowship recipient, a master’s degree in communications from Wayne State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Nazareth College, Kalamazoo. Start provides board, trustee, and leadership expertise to several non-profit, human resource, and community organizations in Michigan.
