DETROIT — Bowman and Brooke LLP, a national product liability defense firm, has named Jenny L. Zavadil a parner in the firm’s Detroit office.
Zavadil’s practice is concentrated on defending automobile manufacturers in product liability and consumer actions. She regularly defends corporate clients in complex discovery matters and serves as national discovery counsel for a major automobile manufacturer in the areas of airbags and rollover curtains, event data recorders, handling and stability, roof, and crashworthiness.
Zavadil, of Rochester Hills, has significant experience in all areas of discovery management, including collecting, processing, and producing hard copy documents and electronically stored information, as well as handling all aspects of written discovery.
She is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
