Bosch Mobility Names Carlos Chudek, Christopher Prediger to New Executive Roles

Bosch Mobility in Farmington Hills and Plymouth Township as named new leaders in two key roles in the Americas region.

Carlos Chudek will lead operations for Bosch Mobility Americas, where he will coordinate manufacturing strategy and footprint in the Americas region. Chudek will continue in his role as regional president of vehicle motion in addition to his responsibility for Bosch Mobility Americas operations.

Christopher Prediger has been named regional president of the Americas for the Cross-Domain Computing Solutions division.

Chudek stepped into the role of regional president of vehicle motion for Bosch in North America in December 2025 and now also assumes responsibility for operations for Bosch Mobility Americas. Already in his role leading the Vehicle Motion division in North America, Chudek has overseen local investment for additional programs into Bosch manufacturing facilities in the United States in Charleston, S.C. and Florence, Ky. The Vehicle Motion division of Bosch features a product portfolio that includes braking, steering, vehicle motion software and services, occupant safety systems and vehicle dynamic sensors.

Prediger will assume the role of regional president, Americas for the Cross-Domain Computing Solutions division of Bosch Mobility. Shaping the future of vehicle electronics and software, Cross-Domain Computing Solutions provides a comprehensive portfolio from exterior/interior sensors and high-performance vehicle computers to software and service solutions. This enables automated driving, AI-defined vehicles, and innovative mobility services, ultimately elevating driving comfort, safety and user experiences.

Most recently Prediger served as vice president and regional business unit lead for Compute Performance within the Cross-Domain Computing Solutions division. During this time, Prediger oversaw a team that launched the new AI Cockpit in North America at CES 2026. He also has shaped collaborations that enable the high-performance computing solutions at the heart of software-defined vehicles and new approaches for vehicle architectures.

Prediger, who joined Bosch in 2011 as part of the management training program in Germany, brings a balance of technology, strategy and operations leadership. His background includes serving as a commercial lead for Cross-Domain Computing Solutions in North America and as a controlling lead for Automotive Electronics, where he oversaw financial strategy and business performance.
