TROY—Bonefish Grill will host its grand opening from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 11. All proceeds from the event will support the North Woodward Community Foundation.
“The Bonefish Grill team’s partnership with the North Woodward Community Foundation, an organization deeply rooted in Troy and its surrounding area, is a first step toward building a foundation of goodwill and fostering local relationships,” says Jared Kirkman, managing partner of the new Bonefish Grill location. “We look forward to continuing our community involvement long after we open our doors in Troy.”
Guests will sample Bonefish Grill’s house specialties, including like the Atlantic salmon with mango salsa, “Bang Bang” dhrimp, Ahi tuna sashimi, PEI Mussels Josephine, and “American Style” Kobe beef burgers. Libations will include specialty martinis and cocktails, as well as samplings from the restaurant’s adventurous wine list.

The restaurant, located at 660 W. Big Beaver Road, just west of I-75, will open its doors to the public Jan. 13.
