O’Keefe, a Bloomfield Hills-based financial and strategic advisory firm, has announced Violeta Zdravkovic is the company’s new managing director and Keith Chulumovich is new director.

Zdravkovic brings more than 25 years of financial consulting experience specializing in litigation support, forensic accounting, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, insolvency/bankruptcy, and turnaround management. She has worked with the automotive, retail, and health care industries, among others, and has experience in fraud-related issues, including detection, investigation, and quantification.
Chulumovich has experience in leasing, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, real estate, private equity, working capital management, financial analysis, strategic planning, turnaround/profitability improvement initiatives, management of operating budget, and forecast planning cycles.
O’Keefe specializes in enterprise consulting, litigation support, strategic advisory, and turnaround and restructuring.
