Birmingham’s Conway MacKenzie Promotes 3 Members

Conway MacKenzie, a Birmingham-based global management consulting and financial advisory firm, has promoted three members in its Detroit office.

Bryant Morrison has been promoted to director. He has worked in the firm’s transaction services department and specializes in providing merger and acquisition consulting services and working with private equity investors, strategic lenders and other capital providers, multinational corporations, and privately held and middle-market companies.

Morrison is a certified public accountant, certified supply chain professional, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Production and Inventory Control Society.

Michael DeFrancis has been promoted to senior associate. His specialties include turnaround and crisis management as well as bankruptcy and financial advisory services to performing and underperforming businesses. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.

Conor Flynn has also been promoted to senior associate. He provides transaction advisory services to organizations including private equity investors, strategic lenders, and other capital providers, as well as multinational corporations and privately held and middle-market companies. Flynn is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
