Cassie Sobelton, an author and health and wellness expert who runs SynBella out of Birmingham, will launch her second book, “The Employee Wellbeing Handbook: A Guide for Collaboration Across All Departments, Benefit Vendors, and Health Practitioners to Build a Culture of Wellness Within Any Organization.”

Her new book focuses on a balance of workplace productivity and employee wellness. It addresses physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial aspects of the work environment and how these factors can help drive business growth.

“This book was written to help novices and experts both quickly understand the industry, deploy best-in-class strategies, and avoid costly mistakes,” says Sobelton.

Throughout Sobelton’s years of experience in the workplace, she has learned the value of a healthy mind and body. In 2011, she had a major health scare. After recovering, Sobelton created her business, SynBella, and wrote her first book, “Back to Balance: Crack Your Mind, Body, Spirit Code to Transform Your Health.” She now shares her knowledge through speaking, writing, and consulting.

The book will be available on Amazon on Nov. 12, 2019 for a promotional price of $.99 for a Kindle edition.
