Bianca Shepse is joining Troy-based Marx Buscemi Eisbrenner Group (MBE Group), a full-service marketing communications agency focused on the automotive, mobility, trucking, tech, and consumer goods industries, as an account executive.
In this role, Shepse will lead client initiatives through a range of digital marketing, brand strategy, event coordination, social media, and media relations activities. She will be based out of the company’s new headquarters in Troy.
Shepse joins MBE Group after more than five years working with an array of small businesses including restaurants, entertainment facilities, and nonprofit organizations, developing and executing marketing and communications plans. Most recently, she was a digital marketing manager and event coordinator for an event management company, where she managed branding and promotion for numerous clients.

Shepse graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with an undergraduate degree in communications, with a concentration in media studies and a minor in international relations
