FARMINGTON HILLS — Best Homes Title Agency LLC is expaning its statewide presence following the opening of a new Bay City location.
Opened earlier this month, the Bay City office, at 506 East Midland St., marks Best Homes Title’s ninth in Michigan, joining the firm’s Farmington Hills headquarters and offices in Saginaw, Grand Rapids, Portland, Grandville, Rockford, Newaygo and Kentwood.
The Bay City office is the second significant expansion for Best Homes Title this year. In January 2013, the firm announced its acquisition of The Closing Office Title Agency, which added six West Michigan office locations to Best Home Title’s growing footprint.
With four team members currently staffing the Bay City office, Best Homes Title now employs 62 individuals across its nine locations. The firm was founded in 2006 by Sherman and Peter Schneiderman, both real estate attorneys with Schneiderman & Sherman, and provides traditional property title services to customers throughout Michigan.
