FARMINGTON HILLS — Beringea, Midwest’s largest providers of growth capital to market-leading businesses, has hired Mark Donnelly as principal.

He served as a board observer for Riverside portfolio companies: Baby Jogger, FairPay Solutions, Pareto and Sunless Inc.

Prior to joining Riverside, Donnelly was part of the investment team at DW Healthcare Partners where he focused on investments in high growth healthcare companies.

He began his career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. A Michigan native, he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Mark to the Beringea family. His extensive experience investing in high growth companies makes him a valuable addition to the firm’s investment team,” Charles Rothstein said, founder and senior managing director at Beringea. “Mark’s strong background in management consulting and strategy will be highly beneficial to our portfolio companies.”
