Beringea Expands Investment Team with New Hire

FARMINGTON HILLS — Beringea, Midwest’s largest providers of growth capital to market-leading businesses, has hired Mark Donnelly as principal.

Donnelly will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential investments, deal execution and portfolio management.



Donnelly was most recently at The Riverside Co., a middle market private equity firm, where he was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and monitoring portfolio companies. He served as a board observer for Riverside portfolio companies: Baby Jogger, FairPay Solutions, Pareto and Sunless Inc.



Prior to joining Riverside, Donnelly was part of the investment team at DW Healthcare Partners where he focused on investments in high growth healthcare companies. 

He began his career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. A Michigan native, he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan.
