DETROIT — Adam Gould has been named vice president of Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC, and will be based in the company’s Detroit office to manage the origination of commercial and multifamily real estate debt financing in the region.
Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Gould served as associate director of originations at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. and previously as vice president of Commercial Real Estate for Equiventure Capital; at both firms he was the deal team leader responsible for originating, underwriting and syndicating commercial real estate lending transactions.
Gould, of Beverly Hills, was also the vice president of Syndications at United Financial of Illinois Inc. Prior to that, Gould held senior management positions at BMO Capital Markets Corp. and CapitalSource, Inc.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University.
