Dallas-based BBG Inc., a full-service commercial real estate consulting firm specializing in valuations and engineering services, has announced the hiring of Christopher Maharg as a director in Detroit.
In his new role, Maharg will focus on strategic growth and the appraisal of multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties. This will include a variety of existing and proposed commercial properties including power centers, neighborhood/community centers, strip centers, single tenant net leased assets, bank branches, owner-user and multi-tenant office buildings, owner-user and multi-tenant industrial properties, mixed use developments, religious facilities, mobile home parks, vacant and ground leased land, restaurants, eminent domain, brownfield redevelopment, LIHTC properties, conservation easements and a variety of other special purpose properties and tax credits throughout southeast Michigan and northern Ohio.
Before coming to BBG, Maharg worked at the CBRE Detroit office in Southfield for more than nine years, where he covered the southeast Michigan and northern Ohio markets.
