June 7, 2010 — BAS Technologies and American Labor Solutions, two customized, staffing solutions firms previously based in Novi, Mich., have merged to form Impact Management Services (Impact), to better demonstrate the enduring and positive effect that the company’s unique approach to human resource initiatives has on a client’s business. Impact President and CEO Pete Davis made the announcement.

Following a tremendous amount of internal growth over the past year, the newly formed Impact has relocated to a larger space to fit its ever-evolving needs. By negotiating with clients, diversifying its client base to reach those who had never before used staffing and offering a number of new services, including education and training for staff development, Impact has tripled in size in the past two years.
