Colliers International, a global commercial real estate company, announced industry veteran Barbara Eaton has joined firm’s Detroit office as executive vice president.

Eaton has represented landlords and tenants for more than 30 years and has completed close to $1 billion of transactions globally. She has received numerous Top Real Estate Awards from CoStar and has been involved in numerous committees.
Eaton has managed the offices and brokers of the firms she worked with. In addition, she managed the transactions, leasing, lease administration, and business development of more than 15 million feet for a large developer.
Her clients have included companies like Thyssen Krupp, Cooper Standard Automotive, General Motors Co., Delphi, the former Chrysler, and Central Michigan University, and more.
