Timothy T. Otto has joined Bank of Ann Arbor as its new vice president and controller.

Otto, a Certified Public Accountant, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounting area. He has more than 10 years of experience with the last five years serving as the senior vice president and controller for Mason State Bank.  Before than, Otto began his career with Crowe Horwath as an accountant and worked his way up to the external audit manager.

Otto, of Pleasant Lake, graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting with a concentration in economics and finance and his Master of Science in accounting from from Western Michigan University.
