ANN ARBOR — Bank of Ann Arbor has named Janice Ortbring as its new vice president, marketing manager.
Ortbring, of Chelsea, brings more than 20 years of expertise to the bank with nearly 15 years as co-owner and creative director for Edgar Norman Creative. She has worked with a diverse range of clients from Disney, Hasbro, Princess Cruises, and SegaSoft as well as many Michigan clients. In addition, Ortbring served on the Chelsea Village Council for two consecutive terms and, subsequent to the council, was elected for one term as a charter commissioner.
Ortbring was one of the founding members of Chelsea’s diversity group, One World, One Family task force and has served on several boards and worked with various community groups including a farm to table breakfast club called Yellow Door.
She is a graduate of the College for Creative Studies, Detroit.
