Bank of America Names Tiffany Douglas as Global Women’s Initiative and Under-represented Talent Strategy Executive

Bank of America announced market executive of Detroit, Tiffany Douglas, has taken a new position with the bank as the global women’s initiative and under-represented talent strategy executive on the global diversity and inclusion organization team.

In her new role, Douglas will be responsible for setting and managing strategies that support and advance women and under-represented talent for retention and advancement, growth, development, attraction, engagement, and inclusion. This work also supports managing the Bank’s internal summits and initiatives and supporting its external partnerships to do the same. 

As market executive, Douglas implemented the environmental and social governance initiatives for the bank on the local market’s organization team. She was supported by the market president, Michigan leadership team, the Bank of America Charitable Foundation, and community outreach activities and initiatives.

Prior to joining Bank of America, she spent 10 years in leadership with the United Negro College Fund where she was responsible for fund development, volunteer engagement, student recruitment, communications, and overall management of the local organization.
