Southfield-based law firm Collin Einhorn Farrell recently announced attorney Kyle M. Dysarz has joined the firm’s insurance coverage practice group and MaryRachel Dysarz has joined the firm’s general and automotive liability practice group.
Kyle provides clients with formal opinions on the coverages afforded by commercial general liability, business owners, homeowners, and umbrella insurance policies. He also assists with drafting reservations of rights and declinations as needed. MaryRachel focuses her practice on general liability and first and third party automotive defense.
Kyle received a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in 2010 and a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2013. While at Michigan State College of Law, he specialized in criminal and civil litigation and received several scholarships for excellence in trial advocacy. He was also a member of the school’s trial practice institute and their moot court trial advocacy board, where he was a regional finalist.
She received a bachelor of arts degree from Olivet Nazarene University in 2010 and a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2013. While in law school, MaryRachel specialized in civil and criminal litigation and received the Walter E. Oberer Scholarship for excellence in trial advocacy performance. She also received the jurisprudence award in her MSU law trial practice institute and competed in nationally recognized moot court competitions. She is also a judge advocate general officer in the Michigan Army National Guard.
MaryRachel Dysarz
