Lansing attorney Kiffi Ford has been appointed as Sparrow’s executive director of legal services.
Ford will focus on employment, labor, and civil litigation matters. She has 20 years of legal experience, most recently as a shareholder in the Lansing office of Dykema Gossett. While there, she provided counsel to Sparrow and other health care systems and corporate clients. Her experience includes representation of employers in union collective bargaining.
She is a member of Lansing’s Davis-Dunnings Bar Association and is a member of the State Bar’s Judicial Qualifications Committee, and sits on the Lansing Metropolitan YMCA Human Resources Committee.
Ford received her bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn. and her juris doctor from Wayne State University.
