Clark Hill, a multidisciplinary, national law firm, has announced the appointment of labor and employment attorney Christopher M. Trebilcock to the firm’s Detroit office as a member in the Labor & Employment Practice Group.
“Chris brings significant litigation and traditional labor law experience to the firm,” says Daniel J. Bretz, co-chair of Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Law Practice Group. “He is a consummate professional and a leader. He will be a trusted advisor for our clients. We are thrilled to welcome him to our growing national team.”
Bringing with him experience in labor relations, employment litigation, wage and hour issues, and contract disputes, Trebilcock is able to provide guidance in all aspects of labor and employment law to both private and public employers, including schools and universities. Additionally, he provides training, compliance audits, and guidance to human resource professionals, in-house counsel, and employer groups.
“The proactive approach Chris provides parallels Clark Hill’s unique client-centered solutions,” says Paul W. Boehms, practice group director, Labor & Employment. “We are confident Chris’s clients will benefit from our full-service approach as well as our legal and HR offerings.”
Trebilcock has worked in the U.S. Department of Labor’s national office and received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of Michigan.
