Arthur Itkis has joined Colliers International Detroit, a Southfield-based real estate professional services and investment management company. Itkis will serve as vice president.
Itkis has more than 19 years of background in the industry. He represents occupiers, landlords, buyers, and sellers. He specializes in retail client services, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit properties, as well as investment sales of multi-tenant, single tenant, and mixed-use properties.
Itkis is noted for his strong work ethic and client-centric approach. He has successfully completed more than 600 real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Itkis worked serving both national and regional property owners and occupiers.
Colliers International has operations in 68 countries and more than 15,000 professionals. In 2019, corporate revenues were more than $3.5 billion including affiliates, with $33 billion of assets under management in the company’s investment management segment.
