TROY — The Arab American and Chaldean Council has launched its winter donation drive to help clients in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties get through the season.
Now through Dec. 24, the Arab American and Chaldean Council will be accepting items at its headquarters in Troy, 363 W. Big Beaver Road Suite 300, and Youth Center in Detroit, 62 W. Seven Mile Road.
“Wintertime in Michigan can be extremely dangerous for someone who does not have warm clothing,” says Haifa Fakhouri, president and CEO of the Arab American and Chaldean Council. “As we enter the season of giving, we want to ensure that our neighbors stay safe and can provide for their families.”
