Clayton and McKervey, a certified public accounting and business advisory firm based in Southfield, announced that two senior accountants — Angela Liu and Ryan Lavoie — have been promoted to managers.
“We’re thrilled to announce these promotions,” says Rob Dutkiewicz, president of the firm. “I’m excited to watch Angela and Ryan continue to positively impact the firm and contribute their unique talents to our growing advisory and assurance practice.”
Liu will be a manager within the firm’s advisory and assurance practice. She will support privately held domestic and international businesses with audits, reviews, and compilations using many international reporting frameworks. She received her bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Toronto.
Lavoie will be a manager within the same group. He will support closely held businesses with financial reviews, compilations, and tax returns. He has also played an integral role in assisting clients with government loan forgiveness. He received his master’s degree in accounting and bachelor’s in business administration from Eastern Michigan University.
