Andiamo Announced as Official Food Service Provider for 2012 Belle Isle Grand Prix


DETROIT – As world-class auto racing returns to the Motor City for first time in four years next summer, the Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix (CDBIGP) will rely on a respected local company to provide first-class food service throughout race weekend.

Andiamo Catering and Events will be the official food service provider for the CDBIGP and race attendees will be the real winners at the June 1-3, 2012 event with the Detroit-based company providing delicious fare at Belle Isle Park.

The Andiamo Restaurant Group has been a well-known Detroit area staple for over 20 years and the company’s catering division will operate all food service areas at the Grand Prix, one of the Motor City’s most popular summertime events. Andiamo will provide premiere meal service to all the hospitality chalets at the Grand Prix, presenting menus that will feature Andiamo Italia, along with Joe Muer’s Seafood, and Rojo Mexican Bistro cuisine, also a part of the Andiamo Restaurant Group.  In addition to the hospitality areas, Andiamo will operate all of the concession areas and they plan to feature food and beverage options that have a distinct Detroit flair.
