Alta Equipment Group, a provider of material handling and construction equipment headquartered in Livonia, announced the appointment of Craig Brubaker as COO, a new position at the company.
Since 2006, Brubaker has served as vice president of operations at Alta. He joined Alta in 1995 after completing his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo. Brubaker has held several operations positions of increased responsibilities before being promoted to vice president of operations. Previously, he held positions as systems manager, rental manager, general service manager, and regional operations manager.

In his new role, Brubaker will oversee day-to-day operations of both material handling and construction equipment segments.
