Matthew M. Partridge has been named executive vice president, secretary, and CFO of Bloomfield Hills-based Agree Realty Corp.
Partridge currently serves as vice president of finance at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, where his responsibilities include strategic planning, capital markets activities, risk management and investor relations. He has also held positions at Phillips Edison & Co. focusing on acquisitions and investment management, and at Huron Consulting Group.
Partridge, who lives in Rockville, Md. will be relocating to the the Detroit area.
Partridge graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and holds a MBA from Xavier University.
