BLOOMFIELD HILLS — Ackerman Ackerman & Dynkowski, a condemnation and eminent domain law firm, has opened a new office in Ohio. Additionally, Darius Dynkowski, a partner with the firm, will run the new office in Cleveland. Managing Partner Alan Ackerman made the announcement today.
“Eminent domain has emerged as a prominent issue for business owners in Ohio, particularly gas storage properties and farm owners,” said Ackerman. “We made a strategic decision to open our Cleveland office, where we can serve as a resource to those facing eminent domain.”
Dynkowski was officially sworn in as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association in January. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and his juris doctor degree from the Detroit College of Law. A frequently published author, he serves as the Division Group Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property Land Use and Environmental Group, overseeing nine committees and speaking at several national events annually.
