Full-service human resources, staffing, and recruiting organization AccessPoint has announced Javier Ramirez as CFO. In his new position, he will lead the finance and accounting departments.
Formerly, Ramirez served for more than 15 years as a strategic financial leader in the professional employer organization, technology, and financial services industries. Prior to joining AccessPoint, he was interim CFO of CoAdvantage and Engage PEO, both based in Florida.
“Javier’s experience with strategic planning and optimizing operations will make him an ideal resource to position AccessPoint for smart and efficient growth,” says Greg Packer, AccessPoint CEO.
A Colombian immigrant, Ramirez holds a Master of Science in accounting from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Florida Atlantic University.
Additionally, he has served on the Advisory Board Committee at the University of South Florida, as a board member of the Outreach Committee at Cooper City Church of God, and has worked with a nonprofit organization that helps orphans from Colombia. Ramirez will move to Michigan from Tampa.
AccessPoint has more than 600 clients across the United States and 11 offices in Michigan.
