TROY — A.J. Desmond and Sons Funeral Directors has appointed Suzanne Seitz Behan to the National Funeral Directors Association Pursuit of Excellence Committee.
As a new member, Behan is responsible for the administration of the award program including reviewing entries, mentoring new participants, and maintaining the intregrity of the program.
“The committee’s work in the coming year will help NFDA fulfill its mission of supporting funeral directors as they provide families with meaningful end-of-life services at the highest levels of excellence and integrity,” said NFDA CEO, Christine Pepper.
Behan resides in Royal Oak and is a certified preplanning consultant as well as a certified funeral service practitioner.
