WATERFORD — Cheryl Guzmán, with more than 25 years experience in the precision gage calibration, repair and metrology lines of services, has been named as vice president of Calibration and Metrology Services at A. A. Jansson.
“By bringing Cheryl and her extensive background to A.A. Jansson, we will be able to increase our production and calibration services and capacity almost immediately,” said Eric Lundquist, president. “She also benefits us because of her tremendous track record as a well known and well respected professional in our industry.”
Guzmán arrival this year at A.A. Jansson is a bit of a homecoming for her as she began her career at the 53-year-old company back in 1986 as a lab technician. Cheryl has spent the last 15 years at another leading calibration and metrology company where she led its precision repair and certification work as well as managing a supervisory role of all its staff and laboratory.
