“I’ve learned that I can make a difference in people’s lives just by listening and being kind, as people deserve respect,” Ramirez says. “In addition to taking on large orders, I’ve catered to people who couldn’t afford a lavish event whether it be a family reunion, a graduation party, or even a funeral.”
Angels Catering offers a wide variety of culinary choices, including Mexican fare, as well as selections from the Mediterranean, Italy, and soul food.
“I’ve given jobs to those in need, and also given some of my profits to help feed the homeless,” Ramirez says. “I grew up poor and appreciate the value of a dollar. As my career began, I’ve realized life has its highs and lows. I’ve struggled being a small business owner, but it was mine to build. I want to further expand my business across metro Detroit.”
