Detroit-area entrepreneur Dan Cass has secured a spot for his latest product, the Liddle Speaker Pro, in Amazon’s “Buy It Now” store after appearing on the retailer’s “Buy It Now” show.
Cass, also known as Inventor Danny, appeared on the Amazon Prime show where he pitched it to 100 potential customers. If they like your product after a 90-second pitch, the entrepreneur gets to try to persuade a panel of three celebrity and Amazon executive panelists, to sell it on the website’s “Buy It Now” store.
The Liddle Speaker Pro is the next iteration of the Liddle Speaker, which won a Best of CES award in 2022. The new model will make its public debut at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on Jan. 5.
In addition to being able to purchase the speaker on Amazon, consumers can buy it here. It comes in two sizes and three colors: black, navy, and silver. The smaller speaker is priced at $24.99 while the larger model costs $29.99.
It’s a 5-watt portable Bluetooth speaker with a high-fidelity microphone. It connects smart phones, tablets, and computers. It’s rechargeable with an eight-hour battery life, and it can be paired with other Liddle Speakers to produce stereo sound.
Its patented magnetic design attaches to MagSafe phones and metal surfaces. Included adhesive rings allow secure placement on any surface, enabling hands-free use.
Cass is the president of D3 Products, based in St. Clair. The company focuses on developing space-saving electronic technologies that “disrupt the market” using its patented closed loop charging system without the need for charging power cords. The company says it has more than 100 accepted utility patented claims.
