TED STAHL — STAHLS’ AUTOMOTIVE COLLECTION

56516 NORTH BAY DR., CHESTERFIELD, MI 48051 | 586-749-1078 | WWW.STAHLSAUTO.COM

Ted Stahl’s passion for motorcar design, which began as a way to help his children gain appreciation for all things mechanical, has grown into one of the nation’s premier collections of vintage vehicles and automotive memorabilia. The Stahls’ Automotive Collection, open to the public on select days, is home to nearly 100 classic cars from the Brass Depression, Pre-Post War and Modern eras, one-of-a-kind treasures. Stahl delights in seeing people experience the cars and multi-sensory exhibits-original Route 66 signage, vintage neon lights and gas pumps, a drive-in-theater, a replica of a 50’s diner and interactive displays. “Our goal is to educate and inspire people by giving them an appreciation for the history of automotive design and its impact on life as we know it.” Stahl says. Adding to the museum’s atmosphere are the bells and whistles of some of the rarest fantastical, mechanical music machines in the world. Enjoy the sounds of the 1924 Wurlitzer Pipe Organ and one of our newest additions, the world’s largest Gaudin 125-Key Dance Organ. Curious? That’s exactly how Ted Stahl hoped you would feel!
