During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people found themselves working alongside fuzzy friends at home. As the pandemic fades and people return to the office, leaving these pets at home has become hard, leading to a rise in demand for a pet-friendly office. A recent survey shows a pet-friendly office is the fifth most requested benefit from employees, beating out 401k contributions and paid sick leave.
