World Medical Relief will host its 66th Anniversary Gala at the St. John’s Armenian Church and Banquet Center in Southfield. The event celebrates 66 years of serving humanity near and far and recognizes other organizations that are helping to serve the community.
Attendees will include community and business leaders from metro Detroit, physicians, hospital executives, medical missionaries, overseas dignitaries, World Medical Relief volunteers, and present and former board members.
Steven Stirling, president and CEO of MAP International, will be the keynote speaker. In addition, Chamberlain University of Troy, United 2 Heal of Ann Arbor, and St. John Armenian Church of Southfield will be honored with the Community Service Award.
Tickets are $125. Students with valid IDs and active volunteers can get discounted tickets for $50. Tables of 10 cost $1,000. Sponsorships are available.
